AGENDA
The Bailey County Commissioner’s Court will meet in
REGULAR SESSION in the Bailey County Courthouse, Monday, December 14, 2009; the
meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M., and will continue until all business is concluded, with the
following items on the agenda:
1. Approve the minutes
from the previous meeting.
2. Review, approve and
order payment of County bills.
3. Review and
approve County Treasurer’s Report for October 2009.
4. Submit schedule of
In-County travel forms for approval.
5. Review Departmental
Reports.
6. Consider approval of
soil conservation worksheets, in accordance with
§201.151 of the Agriculture
Code.
7. County Treasurer to certify to
the Court any grant funds received in the
prior
Month and adopt Budget for the
spending of the grant funds.
8. Receipt of Daily Equipment
Inspection from the Precincts for the month of November.
9. Brent Nelson to address the
Court regarding County Roads.
10. Consider adding EMS donation fund to
Jury donation selections.
11. Set County holidays for the New
Year.
12. Extension Agents to give annual
report and serve lunch to Commissioners.
13. Discuss setting the date
for the Surplus Sale.
